We at invu are happy to hear from you and eager to help you on your way to getting the best possible service we can offer.
Here are a few things to keep in mind before contacting us;
- Leave your name and contact info. You would be surprised how many people leave a voice message and forget to give us a means of getting back in touch with them.
- Be as clear as you can about what services you seek from us, and/or any of your ideas, as well as important information such as wedding dates. We want to make sure we are available to you and that we understand your needs.
- If emailing us, please state the services you are interested in within the subject field.
- If you do not hear back from us, then try to contact us another way. We will always get back to you as soon as possible, and if seems we are taking our time it may be due to technical difficulties.
- Before placing a booking with us, please make sure that you understand our methods of payment. Non-refundable advance payments are required for the booking of services alone, the remainder of the payment to be paid at any time before collection of works. Currently we accept card, direct transfer and cash. No cheques.
- We also hope you understand that our package prices at invu do not include prints as well as digital copies. We do offer to handle prints separately however, with trusted, well-priced printing houses, though there is an additional cost for this service.
